forget how good the food is here.
The acclaimed Chef, Arnaud
Stevens, offers an inspired menu
and a suitably robust wine list.
We enjoyed the Foie Gras,
Marinated in Pinot Noir Caramel,
Smoked Ham Hock and Golden
Raisin Macaroon, followed by
Seared Scallops, with Sardine
Purée, Baby Navet and Horseradish
Velouté. For dessert, the Snickers
Bar Spiced Ice Cream completed a
most memorable lunch.
A feast for all senses, 40/30
